I'm guessing these are FA Cup games from different seasons. Wolves 1900, Arsenal 1921 and Spurs 1982.

Having looked through the book last night Bushman is right, I presume that the Wolves and Arsenal games were the giant killing referenced, it is somewhat confusing in the blurb though. I have so far only flicked through it and find that the Tony Roberts error and the lack of a Partizan Belgrade line up for example and no referees for a lot of the games are a poor effort when the information can be found by referencing to the Match Programme of the time or archived newspaper reports.

If you think that one is inaccurate, you wait until you read mine (should I ever finish it)!

I got this book as a Christmas present and to my surprise I find that I am in it!
On Page 63 QPR v Watford(3-0)Nov 1957 there is an extract from my Independent R's Tony Ingham tribute. On Page 65 QPR V Tranmere(9-2) Dec 1960 there is an internet quote by me regarding that Clive Clark wonder goal...now at last Clive gets the proper praise he deserves!lol
There are indeed some factual errors in this book...but on the plus side there is quite interesting background detail relating to each game together with a Flavour of the era.

Agree, that's great Kerrins.
There are priceless memories that you and Bushman and London and Gramps and some others have which to me are priceless - in part because they are the pre-web/pre TV era..And before football became what it is.
And to be honest, there are strong countervailing corporate and other forces. And just for many, a total non-interest in the past - except for maybe that glory year of 1967...
But supporting QPR in 1958 or 1947 is just important to the history of QPR

The thing is when I read through a book and find inaccuracies in it,it makes me wonder whether I can trust the material in it.
