Watford 2-4 QPR
QPR's remarkable victory leaves Watford without a home win since 20 October.
Martin Rowlands' penalty gave QPR an early lead, with Damion Stewart heading home a corner for the visitors' second.
Rowlands burst into the area and fired in a third on 40 minutes, before Watford's Damien Francis finished from close range early in the second half.
QPR substitute Buzsaky stole in and rounded Richard Lee before angling home a drive to make it 4-1, with Danny Shittu poking in Watford's second goal.
Watford manager Adrian Boothroyd:
"We dominated for long periods in the first half and yet ended up 3-0 down at half-time.
"I was pleased with our attacking play but not some of the defending. It was schoolboy stuff.
"There was no ranting or raving at half-time, we just talked about what we had to do to. We got back into it and then left ourselves open."
QPR manager Luigi De Canio:
"I think the team is playing better and better. We took our chances which meant the losses of concentration we sometimes have didn't cost us.
"In the dressing room we only talk about our opponents, not what might happen tomorrow or in January.
"Everyone needs to do his duty. That is a sign of maturity and each one of these players has that."

BBC - QPR 4 Wycombe 3
Wycombe's promotion push was dented after a double sending-off on the stroke of half-time proved costly as they lost 4-3 at QPR.
A foul by Jason Cousins on Kevin Gallen led to a penalty being awarded and in the ensuing chaos Jermaine McSporran and Danny Senda were dismissed for violent conduct.
Chairboys goalkeeper Martin Taylor saved Andy Thomson's penalty but Lawrie Sanchez's men were still unable to avoid defeat.
Thomson had opened the scoring for Rangers after 26 minutes when he rammed home the rebound after Karl Connolly's shot had been parried by Taylor.
But the visitors levelled within three minutes when Terrell Forbes fouled Andy Rammell.
Steve Brown converted the resulting penalty.
Kevin Gallen and Connolly got on the scoresheet to give QPR a two-goal cushion after the break.
Gallen fired home after a Forbes cross while Connolly's fantastic volley on the hour-mark was the best goal of the game.
Dannie Bulman pulled one back from a free-kick after 64 minutes before Gavin Peacock added a fourth for the hosts.
Rammell's late penalty was not enough for the visitors.
QPR: Digby, Forbes, Ben Askar, Palmer, Murphy, Rose, Peacock, Doudou, Connolly (Bignot 90), Gallen, Thomson. Subs Not Used: Griffiths, Paquette, Bonnot, Evans.
Booked: Connolly, Murphy, Ben Askar.
