Watched the Fans Forum and interested to hear a number of questions from the floor that said they'd written to PB and had never received a reply.
Think Philip said he always replied and we if had anything to say to email him with our comments.
Emailed him on Friday with the 5 letters attached written to him since he became CEO that have thus far received no reply. No reponse as yet to email.
Has anyone out there written to PB and actually got a reply?

I have emailed Philip Beard (c/o his colleague, Laressa) And through her, I have received responses - if not directly from PB

i'll give you a tip to use when you send a email to beard so he reads it.
start off with something along the lines of ' i admire your work as QPR's CEO, and think you and your staff are doing a excellent job of running our club financially, marketing and communication with its fan base'
after that sentence then write what you really feel. but it wont get you a reply, but at least he opened it.

Does he have any excuse now not to respond after publically encouraging people to email him so he can lookin into and respond to queries?

Does he have any excuse now not to respond after publically encouraging people to email him so he can lookin into and respond to queries? I don't think so, no, although I imagine he'll be somewhat shocked by the amounts pouring into his inbox. I think one of the main points I took away from the Fans Forum was how, considering the panel was heavily focused on the playing side in terms of who was on it, the bulk of questions were addressed to PB and regarding off the pitch issues. He didn't look prepared for that. Admittedly sound like a cock for quoting myself, apologies in advance, but this is why I brought up the point regarding fan consultation at the Fans Forum. It's good for fans but fundamentally it is far more efficient for the board and the club. So, so many of the issues brought up at the meeting that have caused a disconnection and resentment could have been avoided if they just sat down and listened to what's on the fans' minds and acted on it. It was very telling when someone from the OSC raised the point at the meeting that some of the issues PB was pleading ignorance about were actually raised directly to him months ago. Fundamentally, if PB doesn't want an inbox full of dissent in the future he should listen to the fans before he makes decisions that effect them. That means we're happier and it means the club can efficiently implement stuff that takes into account our views rather than just chucking policies out there without talking to us and then dealing with the raft of dissent that comes with it.

That PB was so shocked tells its own sad story about how out of touch he really is with aspects of the football club. You were right to bring up the points you did and should not be apologising for doing so.
