Despite my critiques, I absolutely hope that Fernandes stays... (And learns)
There are many worse people out there who could be owning us

Whatever happens to us, someone is going to own us... And there are an awful lot of worse people than Fernandes
And I don't think we should confuse what mistakes Fernandes has made: Yes he appointed Hughes...and yes we wasted a lot of money. And yes we get these stupid "Stability" tweets etc etc etc
But these are errors/mistakes of action/ of caring, etc.
And I will continue to mock and tweet and ask questions.
But I don't have illusions that there is Mr. Right out there who will be better. And there are so many out there who will be worse.
He made MISTAKES... I refuse to believe that a major businessman can't learn from those mistakes

I don't know in which thread to write it, but I've had an interesting chat with a guy from a french messageboard, who followed Cissé throughout his career, and who is sort of a friend for him. I'm not saying he is 100% reliable, and I'm not ITK, but I thought I should just let you know about what he told me.
So the guy claims to have talked to Cissé on the phone after tonight's game. You can believe him or not, I'm not sure I trust him 100%, but you never know.
Apparently, Cissé is feeling really bad about playing for us. He wants to go, and has a good opportunity to go to China, but the problem is his children, and his new girl-friend (you know, the one from Topshop). But he really can't see himself staying at the club. It seems like Taarabt told Cissé he wanted to go as well (which wouldn't be a surprise tbh) and that he doesn't want to see his reputation lowered by the club's run of results.
According to this guy, the dressing room mood is absolutely horrible. There was a clash between Adel and Hill after the game, because Adel would have told Clint Hill that he is sick of seeing him moaning and screaming every time we concede, and that it was Hill himself who was responsible for conceding so many goals as he is not good enough for the Prem.
Then Cissé talked to Redknapp, and told him that he feels that he was misused, and that he hasn't got enough support to be at his best on the field. And Granero and Ferdinand seemed to have complained about their lack of first team action, and that M'Bia et SWP told to Taarabt to play more for the team and less for himself.
One more time, I don't know how true these claims are, but the guy is not following the club very closely, and he seems to have a point in most of the things he says, so I am led to believe it could be true...
True or not, we have huge problems in the dressing room, and you don't have to be ITK to see that, we have absolutely no cohesion in the team, and if we can't get a united group of players, we'll go nowhere but down. It looks bleak anyway.

Sounds plausible... I imagine every losing team dressing room is pretty unhappy...
Obviously Redknapp (or whomever) will have to rebuild...

We have a team made of hard-working plumbers and of moody divas. To tough to find a balance between the ones who work their socks off but aren't good enough, and those who are talented, but couldn't give a shit. That's the story of our season...

Forgive me father, for I have sinned. I am a QPR supporter.
I am sorry my son for that there is no redemtion, and you will forever carry a stigmata.
Say five Hail Marys, put $10. in the poor box, and I will see you again next week.

At the start of the season, the most expensive team in the club,s history, was put together. We were all so full of optomism, thinking top 10 or at least mid-table, and at the end of the year, and half the season gone ONE WIN.
As a club what have we done to deserve this.? Why have we been foresaken.? For how many more years must we be in the football wilderness.?

When I started reading this thread one poster wrote: "I absolutely hope that Fernandes stays" And I initially mis-read that as Ferdinand, and I thought to myself why do we want that loser to stay with us, then I realized it was Fernandes, haha. I think our Chairman is ok unless he does something major to persuade me otherwise. Though some might say he is gullible and naive when it comes to football matters and its probable various people have screwed him financially re club matters . Lets face it the chairman has already and will further need to dig deep into resources to stem the financial drain what with the massive expenditure by our club mainly going to pay big tranfers,(bringing in failures) plus agents fees and ludicrous wages. We can thank all the millions flying the budget airline Air Asia for their continued subsidy, haha. Though the true support in every sense will be tested next season if we are playing the likes of perhaps Tranmere, Crawley or Stevenage.
Also: I agree with the sentiments of the OP. From the first day of not only this season but the first day of last season our team has been ill at ease and out of our depth. Lets hope in the lower division we can got things sorted.

The comment about an unhappy dressing room may or may not be true but what I see happening on the pitch does tell me that there is more of a hint of truth in that story.
We don't have a team - rather a squad of individuals out here for a final pay day. Yes we do have players who do give a damn, Mackie for one, but they are outnumbered by the mercernaries who are out for No 1.
Cisee can bugger for all I care - and he can take a lot of the lame duck players who are laughing in our faces with him. I'm fed up of watching a bunch of mercernaries who don't give a damn.

Jo-onenil was spot on with his Plumbers and Divas post, I really feel for Harry as he has inherited an impossible bunch. Quite where he starts in terms of a rebuilding process is beyond me.
You cant start with the likes of Derry and Hill because determined they are but they just arent good enough against the best the Prem has to offer, plus their age counts against them. So what of the new crop, very few apart from Nelsen seem bothered. You might as well cut Cesar, Bosingwa, Cisse, Granero etc adrift now. Ferdiand and SWP are just plain poor most games. Fabio will return to united. Zamora and Johnson are crocked. Taraabt is not a player you can build your team around as he is too petulant and immature. (his attitude stank again yesterday)
You are left with a mish mash of Green, Traore, Faurlin, Hoilett, Onouha, Nelsen, Mbia (he was pants yesterday) and Jamie Mackie and the marginal players like Ephraim, Doughty, Harriman and Andrade (who have I forgot?)
I hate to say it but it could take 3 or 4 years to recover from the last 12 months looking at the nucleus of that team?

How a supposed Premier League manager can build a squad so poorly and then let them become so divided that most of them hate each other is beyond me.
My cat could have done a better job than Hughes did.
