The Daily Mail, West London,Evening Standard, say West Ham and Southampton to offer 1Million for for Jamie Mackie surely not?. He is Priceless IMO. He is worth more than that anyway.

Seems unlikely Not much money Don't need that money Wouldn't think Mackie would want to go Hughes seemed happy with him last season He proved himself last year And club would risk a lot of unpopularity with this sale

Just newspaper talk I would think. Can't see Jamie going - he loves the club too much.

He signed a contract extension a month ago so I highly doubt Hughes would then sell him for a fee as low as that.
I wouldn't accept anything less than £10m, although he's not actually worth that.
Doubt Mackie would want to leave anyway

Mail & Standard are basically same. I think Sun also had it. The one concern if it was just one team mentioned, ok. But Fact that it's two clubs linked, makes one wonder where this is coming from

No, surely not!! If QPR want to continue to get my membership donation and my presence at the Loft a few times a year then they wont sell this 'diamond in the rough'. Have to be honest and say that I didn't think JM would make it in the Prem but he has proved me wrong and some. His gaol againt City was a gem. We need him.

More goals than some dickhead like Hulse can ever dream of scoring.

Complete rubbish no way the club would consider selling for a million lets not forget he was linked to everton and soon after said he wanted to stay and signed a new contract. That being said every player has his price and im sure if the bids were £5 million we may consider it but im not sure Jamie would he seems to love it at loftus rd. One things for sure we'd miss his energy and find it very hard to replace that

Just thinking that Britain's biggest glamour model isn't really very big by todays pneumatic silicone enhanced standards.
How times changee, eh!
Onto the main topic, I imaginrře he'd be sold if the price is right. At the moment the priwace is wrong but who knows what might happen next. Its flattering that other teþêerřams would want our players though. Mackie doesn't appear to be nailed on in the lineup so its not like he might not be shifted out.rr

Oh come on this is a load of bollocks. Do people believe every hack story in these tabloids? Does it even warrant any discussion? No.
Even if its true 1 million is insulting.

Did Britains biggest glamour model affect your typing Nomar - or did it affect my eyesight Ha ha. I actually fell asleep on the bus home from work as I was typing that out on my phone and must have switched language option over to Swedish halfway through. She looks rough as old boots,Lenny. She must be about 65 yrs old now. Probably one of Wayne Rooney's beau's, bless her. I was trying to say that it was quite flattering that other teams want our players.

Personally, I don't understand why the Hammers fans appear to be non-plussed about this potential signing. Either their team is much better than I think it is, or they're getting a little too big for their boots. Jamie would be a terrific signing for most of the 'lesser' Premier League teams.

why sell him? if we needed the money why keep dyer who has contributed 6 minutes, or swp who cannot shoot straight and runs around in circles getting nowhere. if all our players gave as much as jamie last season we would not have got into the mess that we did.

So to get to the point, did a WWII bomber actually get found on the moon?

I fear for once the papers might be right: new guys coming in, West Ham have been interested for a while & I have heard there have been tweets about him being on the south coast this week. Would be sorry to see him go, certainly worth more than 1 million quid.

If Hughes was planning to bring all these players in to replace him then Mackie wouldn't have been offered a new contract.
It will be SWP that goes

There's still a couple of dead woods to be dropped before Mackie or SWP are touched. Buzz ,Derry (sorry fella) and come Jan maybe Barton..

If do sell Mackie, now's a good time to avoid any real fan backlash: Stadium/Park/maybe others. We'll all be disappointed. But there won't be any real backlash

If Hughes was planning to bring all these players in to replace him then Mackie wouldn't have been offered a new contract. It will be SWP that goes New contract increases his value. Where do you see him starting in a midfield with options of Diakité, Park, Taarabt, Barton, Derry, Faurlin, SWP and potentially Hoilett too? Whilst I agree that we would love him to stay the reality is that he would not be a first choice starter in our midfield. I cannot see many people making money offers for Vine or Buszaky with the deals they are on at present.

Mackie could also be used as a forward and I'd rate him better than Johnson and as good as Zamora.

Thats the wierd thing tho Jon.Sometimes if a manager fancies a player they will go for them no matter what.Like an ego thing ,thinking they will get the best out of them ,past glories or whatever.Someone ,somewhere will have SWP same as someone somewhere will have Barton (Come January)

Rumour has it we paid 6.5 mill for him, plus massive wages on a long contract. Who IYO after watching him last season will take that little package of out hands! Micky Mad manager of Madchester City? ;D
