Shirt they normally wore for QPR: Not the one-time only...
(Unfortunately the last few years with numbers have screwed things up by changing whole way of doing things
For instance Your Favourite #4 might be Mike Keen or Terry Venables, etc
your Favourite #10 might be Marsh or Bowles (or Wegerle or Byrne)
(or Your Favourite #11 might be Dave Thomas ;D)

This must be satire!!
Whislt my favourite player, Stan the Man, wore the no. 10 my favourite no. was 8. You see when I took to the football field I fancied myself as a midfield maestro a la Jerry Francis and always wore the no.8.

Surely I'm not the only one who thought he played at No11. Next you will be telling me we won the League Cup in 1967 and not 1968.

Crikey! I must have attention span of a goldfish as I don't really register what number players wear. I can remember nos 1 - 3 from the good ol' days when numbers were pretty standard and players didn't where silly numbers like 57. My three are therefore Steyskl (sorry about spelling!), Shanks and Wilson.

My fav 11 was don givens
Possibly the confusion with Dave Thomas is that he often ran down the traditional 11 position while givens played as a number 9
Seemed to confuse the hell out of the opposition on occasions as other teams tended to play players in their correct numbered position. Don Masson was a other that was played well out of his number 4 position. I expect many will be wondering what I am going on about but the silver surfers will understand
My fav number 12.
"And your number 12 today. John Delve"
