In Chicago today, a new Holocaust museum was opened. It seemed to rally the Neo-Nazis who came out from under their rocks and put on a vigourous demonstration of Jewish hatred.
In America demonstrations are allowed, due to Free Speech in constitution. But violence is prosecuted. As are direct expressions of hate in workplace, streets, or sports arenas toward religious. ethnic or minorities. Charges may have to be brought up, witneses, and the court gets involved.

I dont get the rules of this to be honest. I have been a skinhead for a long time, I am not rasist nor have any ties to rasism.I am pro English but I am pro all races and cultures. So what I dont get is some speach..some of it hatefull is allowed, some of it isn't? Surely there must be a line? I hate being labled a racist when I am not but I do know if I go out with my boots and Cromby ect that is how I will be perceeved, that I can deal with. What I can't deal with is the 'grey line'. Now I dont have to say much but on more than one occasion I have been pulled for my dress code.... So I ask what is freedom, be it speach or other, and what is acceptable and what aint? Not that I will change but In the USA I would be a question I think?

It's a interesting topic, and I encourage you both to discuss offline. But as long as it's not actually football or QPR related, I'd much rather not have this subject (or any other non-football subject) discussed here. Now when the issue is racism at football games. That's valid. But please not this. Many thanks.

OK: I'll show you I can be tough, ruthless Chairman (sorry I mean moderator). Locking this up.
It's not that I don't find this and other subjects interesting. And I am cognizant of the fact that they also make the boards community. But once you start, it's a slippery slope: We'll move into Politics and World Affairs and that get's divisive.
So only if it's hate/violence at football games would it count for this site (and then if you're subtle....!)
Or other things (and yes I can see that on a couple of other threads - but at least nostalgia is a little different)
Sorry: But for this to become the "bestest" QPR Messageboard in the entire galaxy, got to do it.
