Whilst I know I'm stating the bleeding obvious today is a day where we just might learn a little more about our fate.
Given the result on Wednesday and for the fact that for the first 30 minutes we hardly touched the ball and were given a passing lesson by Liverpool, to win the game from the position we were in with 15 mins left was magnificent.
However today is different.
Sunderland will be hurt by their midweek defeat and will no doubt be Martin O'Neil style up for it but we hopefully will have some more confidence in our own abilities as a team.
It will be interesting to see if JB joins SWP on the bench, I doubt it but the team did play better without him that much was pretty obvious. So perhaps today we will start to see more strength from Hughes?
A 'bad' defeat will probably signal the end and the Liverpool result will be one of the highlights of the season. A point or a win (I can dream) would start to build upon the foundations for the 'great escape'.....
...to all those travelling north, I have great respect for your loyalty and hope we all have a great afternoon in the sushine.........

Personally I am confident that we will get 3 points. However if we were to lose then I still think we will stay-up. We will shock some of the big boys that are coming our way.

we do seem to play better against the good sides it is the matches that are like a cup final. having said that we dont have a good record in cup finals .lol
i always think we will stay up and mark hughes always takes 7-8 games to sort his sides out and i think he has reached that exact point now with 9 games to go in think we can get 9 points out of that and i am positive that will just be enough.
