Hypothetically - and it's a similar question that's been asked before with previous axings - and Holloway Gardening Leave:
If hypothetically, Sousa sued QPR - and if he won, it would cost QPR - the club/Not the owners - a couple of million or more. And those million could either go to Sousa, or if he lost, could be spent on players:
Which outcome would you want. (Only those two alternatives in this question: Money to Sousa or money spent on QPR players.

Unless of course there is proven substance to the dismisall.
