As noted on my blog.
- With three games remaining, QPR have now reached 60 points for the first time in the English Championship since Ian Holloway was manager. (In 2004/05, Holloway's QPR (with of course, far fewer resources, got 62 points).
- Last seaason, 2007/08 (Gregory/Harford/De Canio) QPR finished with 58 points.
- 2006-07 (Waddock/Gregory), QPR finished with 53 points.
- 2005-06 (Holloway/Waddock) QPR reached 50 points
- 2005/05 (Holloway) QPR got 62 points
The previous three seasons were in the Third Division ( a rose by any other name!)
- [Previous "Championship" Finishes
- 2000/2001 (Francis/Holloway), QPR relegated with 40 points.
- 1999-2000 (Francis), QPR reached 66 points.
- 1998/1999 (Francis replaces Harford)QPR got 47 points.

Interesting reading - shows how terrible we've really been - which so many people seem to have forgotten.
You cant build Rome in one day - and you cant make QPR good in one season. But if we go on progressing, as we seem to be doing, we must come good sooner rather than later!
