If Pete and Scott are telling it like it is, THAT post on the WATRB was brough to the attention of the club, not by WATRB, but by someone reading - monitoring? - the posts.
So if it really happened that way: The implications are self-evident. It's easy to check what's on my blog. But to check all posts on all messageboards? Especially the "prolific" postings on WATRB? And given the propensity of the site as a whole, it would not be generally viewed as "problematic."
So if you accept that as how it really went down, you might consider the ("Every breath you take. Every move you make. Every bond you break. Every step you take. [they'll] be watching you"] Are there word alerts: If I say Briatore or Ecclestone or Paladini - Does that bring an alert up?
If I write: "Memo to Briatore and Ecclestone"
" You might want to consider taking steps to find out and deal with the QPR employee who's leaking QPR confidential QPR information to certain people on a certain site." Such actions are demoralizing to QPR fans and possibly damaging QPR financial interests.
- Does this guarantee it will get brought to their attention?

Well, as things are becoming more Orwellian,in 1984, the State was able to read Winston Smiths mind, so not only what you write, but what you think is suspect.
