Or Cardiff or Bristol City? Perhaps stability? Or a chairman who doesn't interfere? Or maybe a manager who brings to the club players he wants? Not a virtual-yes man as acting manager? Maybe a goalscorer or two? A few things like that.
I see that Watford are now within 5 points of us. When Ainsworth for his last game, I think the gap was rather bigger. If we want promotion, just a new manager alone won't change things.

well it goes into some really strange stuff i loved ian holloway and i used to wait for half an hour to tell him that he was a fab geezer so when we played leicester at home i went especially to see him and ask him would he ever return he told me to my face....... no i wont work for this lot again but because ian is a bit crazy i wonder if he would return because he loves qpr if they sign simon cox from swindon it could be a great season next year
