I haven't though THAT deeply about it. But I'd put this axing in My "Five Least Proud Moments as a QPR Fan"
Two others in my five:
- The putting of Holloway on "Gardening Leave" - I found that despicable
- And I wasnt aware of it at the time: But the axing of Alec Stock.
The two vacancies I have to think about

Add a generic one: How we treat old ex-players. It wouldnt take much to bring them to games/ to get them involved. I'm thinking of Frank Sibley, with Parkinsons...I think the club officially no longer does stuff with Stan Bowles: A true Shanda. But numerous players from the 1950s and 1960s, who were not the 1967 stars or Rodney Marsh, were what made QPR QPR. (And even the 1967 stars, apart from being paraded out a couple years ago, have been ignored)

And in light of Mike Keen's death, emphasizes again - how totally out of touch we are with our former players. (Something I was discussing 2-3 months ago)

And as always: QPR fans with Nazi flags (or white supremacists/"Nationalists) Bad. QPR fans who don't condemn such activities; and who tolerate "Nationalist" postings. Far more bad.

The never ending injury time where we needed a win to stay up and were winning 1-0. the ref kept looking at watch, then Steksjal adjudged time wasting then the last play of game. A corner and Cantona heads in and ref blew up. Ferguson looked so happy we were in despair.
