From the QPR Holdings Accounts - G. Taylor Director QPR Holdings Chairman: "On behalf of the Board of Directors I am delighted to present the financial statements and report for the year ended 31 May 2008with a review of what has been a historic year for Queens Park Rangers. In November 2007, we saved the club from certain Administration and completed the takeover of QPR Holdings Limited with the clear aim of seeking promotion from the Championship to the Premier League..." The next paragraph is a little confusing in the "On the Field" conflating last season and this season. The opening concludes goalweb.com/qprreportqprholdingsaccounts2009.htmAnd: "The highest paid director receive £196,670 during the year.... "During the year the company paid consultancy fees amounting to £75,000 (2007 £73, 750) to Moorbound Ltd, a company in which O. Palidini, the wife of G. Paladini , a director is the only shareholder. In addition the company provided an interest free loan of £140,000 to G.Paladini (2007 £nil 0) to G. Paladini"

CONSPIRACY...Is Paladini that highest paid director, or is someone else on the board also getting a (high) salary? dont know. I was always under the impression that Ali R got paid more but, he's not a director. It doesnt specifcally say its him getting that money...

But as it's now been "explained" on WATRB, it's now agreed that this is Paladini earning that amount. (I'm jealous! And I'm sure I LOVE QPR AT LEAST as much as Gianni. And I bet, considerably more! Meanwhile Pete's response to the 140,000 pounds is...how shall we put it? OK, let's just say it's Pete's response! www.wearetherangersboys.com/forum/showthread.php?t=6338&page=2

Dear QPR Holdings Ltd,
As as shareholder and after going through the accounts I would like to ask a question based on the ongoing business practices of our company:
Please would it be at all possible to arrange an interest free loan for several of my friends. They wish to purchase season tickets to watch QPR FC at home. Under the present sole financial opportunity offered through Zebra many feel that they can not afford it, what with such a disgracefully high rate of interest in today's current economic climate. Each of them is a die hard supporter and would of course pay it back over the period of 1 year in monthly instalments by direct debit (easy to arrange). I ask as we seem to be in the practice of offering such loans to our employees, though the payment terms of such loans are unknown to me. Perhaps you could be a bit more forthcoming with said information so that we could tailor the loans I'm asking for in the same fashion. I'm sure all 9,700 of my friends would be most grateful if you could treat our customers with the same manner we treat ourselves. Surely we are not above our customer, the most precious asset we have?
Thank-you for your time, remember we 'R" QPR!
