sportsecho.co.uk/football/lincoln_city/news/displayarticle.php?ID=6796Reserves latest: Imps 0 Forest 0 Lincoln City reserves - containing five trialists and returning defender Danny Hone - are being held by Nottingham Forest at Sincil Bank. Defender James Lamplough (Hull City), midfielders John Kennedy (Blackburn), Chris Arthur (QPR) and Simon Heslop (Barnsley) and striker Luke Powell (Everton) were all handed starts by the Imps. Midfielder James Bennett, a loan signing from Hull, also started the totesport.com League Central Division match. Hone is playing in his first reserve match since suffering a knee injury during the first team's 2-2 draw at Rochdale in January. In a stale first half, the Imps had the better of the chances. The home side had the ball in the net early on, but Powell's effort, after Forest keeper Karl Darlow had pushed out a Gary King shot, was harshly ruled out for offside. Later in the half, good work from Kennedy saw him feed Bennett on the edge of the box, but his side-foot effort drifted a yard wide. Then, shortly before half-time, King's diving header was pushed away by Darlow. However, it was Forest who almost took the lead on the stroke of half-time, but a superb block from Hone denied Tom Sharpe. The visitors included Hamza Bencherif in their line-up. The Algerian, who played for the Imps on loan last season, has been told he can leave the City Ground, with Sincil Bank a possible destination.

I'm amazed.
I saw this kid play a few years ago in a practice game with the 1st team squad and he didn't look a bit out of place and I honestly thought the kid was one to watch out for.
Good luck to him whatever.
