Yes, I know the rules around here, but its out of season & we have all gone banana's anyway.
I'm wondering if anyone can help me, I'm looking for anywhere that sells the Original UK Plimsolls, you know the ones that used to get beat up in school if you wore them, obviously I would need these in an adult size, someone must still sell them somewhere surely, I have no interest in "fashion", but its interesting how things go in full circles, Irony & the rest of it, my thinking is that the humble plimsoll is actually ideal for a lot of running type training, such as repititions at the track & stuff like that, the fashion in running over the last couple of years is towards more minimal / lightweight trainers that make your running gait more efficient, because your foot is cushioned a lot less than some of the ridiculous OTT trainers of the last twenty years, less cushioning = more responsiveness etc etc, anyway, I'm looking for a pair of original black plimsolls, any help much appreciated!
