Harlowranger Named Official QPR Report Statistician In a shock move, QPR Report swooped to sign Harlowranger on a long-term contract as this site's QPR Report Statistician. Harlowranger will make his Stat debut well before Saturday! A QPR Report Insider commented "This is a great move. And we're all very grateful." So thank you. AND a big thank you to the fine poster who initiated this idea. To be serious: Everybody should feel absolutely free to continue to post their own information/their own stats/etc. And as said many times before: Thanks to everyone who has visited; who has signed up; who has posted; and who has moderated. Onwards and Upwards

Yeah, the lad came down and impressed the gaffer and the rest of the mod squad. He looks a great addition to the team and already had a few of the lads cracking up with his banter so we all think he'll fit in. It's a step up from him, going from non-league to the big time but he seems like he can handle it and I'm sure it won't be long before he's a fan's favourite round here. With Bushman and now Harlow the mod squad is pretty much where we want it and we can go on to attain promotion now, though I expect there might be one or two new additions in the summer, including an old favourite coming back (we hope). ;D

Harlow and Bushy being given the chance to see if they are up to it possibly in the EPL next season. They're in good company, Lee cook also wants to prove himself.

Harlow congratulations. Your stats are not only informative, but has helped to put a positive spin on things even when confidence started to waiver. Top man.
With Bushman as our historian and you as our stat man and me here for my film star looks(I swear I will shoot the first person who says Quasimodo). This board has reached new heights

What was the signing on fee and who/how was it handled, did the legal dept check over the paperwork before it was submitted?

What was the signing on fee and who/how was it handled, did the legal dept check over the paperwork before it was submitted? He was a free agent, hence us being allowed to sign him during the close of the transfer window. We used the Tommy Docherty/George Graham/brown envelope left at a service station near Watford method and the paperwork will go over to the FA the moment the wife fixes the fax machine, which I broke. Business as usual, as they say.

Oh and by the way guys (& any lady users) Harlow did not have to pass a medical. The other mods were not sure which one of us may or may not have approved it.

I was actually offered this Argentinean statistician working in Italy...But I'd never previously heard of him. And his agent was demanding a long term contract and other conditions; and even after his QPR Report appointment, he would still be affiliated elsewhere. So I decided to go the home grown path
