First a request, someone please make similar clips of QPR available
The newest football stadium in Sweden is "Gamla Ullevi" in Gothenburg. In Gothenburg the three biggest football clubs have cooperated a long long time and share this ground and the one before as well. The stadium has a capacity of 19000 except for european games where there is seating only then it is about 16500. So probably pretty comparable to Loftus Road in size.
This new ground was ready for the 2009 season. When I posted my tifo thread I focused most on Stockholm fans, well here it will be mostly Gothenburg. The three main clubs are IFK Göteborg (nicknames IFK, Ănglarna (Angels), BlĂ„vitt (blue white)) and it is the most successfull having won the UEFA (euro) cup and (I think) 15 swedish premier league titles. Ărgryte IS (ĂIS) is the oldest swedish football club and the third club is GAIS, with a reputation as something of "cult" club.
The first clip, in my opinion, shows a neat idea. The main singing is on the terraces but there is also a special part of the stadium where those that like to both sit and sing are encouraged to buy tickets - this clip shows how they cooperate. I think you will recognize the "tune".
The second clip shows a the new club song and a small tifo by IFK at a derby match against GAIS, whose tifo you will also see. I really like the new club song of IFK and there are some nice chants at the end of the clip as well.
The third clip is just hilarious, at least I think it looks very fun with all the jumping. They sing "hoppa blÄvitt hopp allez allez" translates to "jump blue white jump...". From a match against Hammarby, a Stockholm club and therefore a "tense" match. Sometimes they sing "Alla heter Glenn i Göteborg" (Everyone in Gothenburg is called Glenn) to the same tune, this was a song against them that they made their own during the 80s when the had players like Glenn Hysén, Glenn Strömberg + even more Glenns in the same team...
The last clip is from the same match but from the Hammarby side, goes to show how different you can experience the match depending on where you are and who you support.
