So there it is. Chosen # 23, the man formally known as Mjøsa's Beckham, coincidence Well, lets hope he settles and becomes an asset.

Hi Thorstein , hoping hes going to be a good addition to the team , NW does! May not be able to play until the Blackburn FA cup trip due to clearance , but that would be a good oppurtunity to see what he can do against , yes Gamst Pedersen !

Hi Harlow, Yes that would be an interesting match in the match to follow. I like the length of the contract as well and half a season while we're still in championship would do good for him. I've been a bit sceptical to his abilities, but in NW we trust ;D So when he now is one of us he has my full support

Moen of course! Neil will get the best from him , will take him 5-10 full games minimum to settle!

Hehe, although we're excited to have a norwegian in the club of our heart it won't matter how many norwegians there are on the other side of the half. QPR will always be in the front seat. PVM vs. MGP offcourse it would be PVM or rather MVP

QPR agree Norwegian deal Warnock delighted to bring in midfielder on free transfer Vaagan Moen: QPR new boy
SKY SPORTS Neil Warnock has expressed his delight after Queens Park Rangers confirmed the signing of Norway international Petter Vaagan Moen.
The midfielder has agreed a two-and-a-half-year contract to join the Championship leaders on a free transfer from SK Brann.
He has won seven caps for Norway and has been a long-term target for Warnock, who is looking to maintain his team's momentum from the first half of the season.
Vaagan Moen will be eligible to play once international clearance has been received and Warnock is looking forward to unleashing the 26-year-old on English football.
Tenacious "He's a player I watched a lot of last season and I'm delighted we've been able to bring him to the football club," Warnock told the club's official website.
"He's a left-footed midfielder, who can play anywhere in the middle third of the pitch.
"He's got a fine goalscoring record for a midfield player. He's tenacious, an English type midfielder if you like, and he's fitted in really well since he's been training with us.
"He's got all the attributes to adapt to the English game and we just felt we needed another left-footed player in the squad to give us that balance that you need at this level

Any chance of seeing some norwegian inspired QPR-flags now? edit: But I agree, we haven't had great luck with players from Scandinavia. Nygaard had a certain charm to him though and Steiner scored the most goals in the swedish premier one year, but had a terrible run of injuries while at QPR. But noone prolific, but maybe this will be the first one?

One good thing his contract is shorter than Onesize. But to make our Prem coming team he has to prove
himself

Nygaard of course was not a Holloway selection. Was it Nygaard who drove Gianni (or was that Milanese?)/ and Gianni stayed at Nygaard's place in London, which was a little strange

Don't have the best of phonetical knowledge, but here we go : Petter = better, but with a P. Vaagan = the double aa's is the old way for the norwegian etter å. I would maybe wright it Voagan in english, that's as close as I can translate it. Moen = is straight forward Moen. Don't know if he has a typical nickname and let's not continue with that he's the Beckham of Mjøsa. Something he got when he played for Ham Kam next to the lake Mjøsa. Think we need to find one for him when starts to Get some games for us. There was a question of the Norwegian flag, and from what I've heard on our own forum it might already be there at home against Bristol.
