The search goes on, the mission never ends. So far have ground toa a halt, but for future searches, I have discovered he left Cameroon with name reversed. He is really, Tchakounte Armel. Please use this for future searches.

If we can't find him, can't invite him back for the Five Year Celebration Party commemorating "Memorable" signings

Are we sure that the guy at Fovu Baham is our Armel? I have noticed they have a guy there called Meuteing Tchakounte Rodrigue.... Confusing, isn't it?

Also checking if Bob Malcolm is wanted for fraud. Impersonating a footballer perhaps? You could add Chris Barker and John Curtis to the charge sheet. This shows a joint criminal enterprise and therefore a conspiracy and so each would receive much longer sentences. Just need to find the inside man that arranged the contracts. Any suggestions? ;D

In the pursuit of Tchakounte we will not flag nor fail, whatever the cost may be. We will look on the beaches, and on the landing grounds, in the hills in the streets, we shall never surrender in our search for Armel.

And now a critical finding. The search committee can say equivocably and without a shadow of doubt that one Armel J. Tchakounte never did, has, ever played for the Cameroon National Team. Read entire list below of all Camerron internationals of all time.
This information will not come cheaply. I will leave a coded address to where to send the reward. The link suddenly disappeared? Other sites may be jamming my information.

In contrast to Ugo Ukah who has had a reasonable football career (away from QPR) just not at the very top tiers such as the English Championship. Armel Tchakounte is definitely a very very strange case

Briatore's in Kenya...He could fly over and bring Tchakounte back - Since the Williams "Second term' fell through. Let's try it again.
