Crystal Palace manager Neil Warnock insists West Ham cannot recall striker Freddie Sears until January amidst rumours they were set to end his loan deal.
With injuries to the likes of Dean Ashton and Carlton Cole, the Hammers had reportedly planned to recall the 19-year-old.
But Warnock insists they will have to wait two months to cancel the deal, telling the Croydon Guardian: "They can recall him but not until January."
