Ben Kosky/Kilburn Times - Rowly returns for Forest

SKIPPER Martin Rowlands is set to return to the QPR squad for Saturday's clash with Nottingham Forest after recovering from his ankle injury.
Rowlands limped off during Rangers' opening day draw against Blackpool, but his absence from the side has been much briefer than originally seemed likely.
Angelo Balanta, who missed the trip to Plymouth with a minor knock, is also expected to return against Forest, while summer signing Alejandro Faurlin is in the frame for his competitive debut at Bristol City tomorrow.
"Faurlin's very close," confirmed QPR manager Jim Magilton. "We don't want to take a chance with someone who's had a thigh strain and bring him back early and then lose him again.
"But he could be in and around the squad for Bristol City. We're looking at having Martin Rowlands back for Nottingham Forest and Angelo Balanta's another one, so great - the more the merrier."
Rangers will face their sixth match in 18 days next week after being drawn at home to Accrington Stanley in the second round of the Carling Cup, but Magilton has no plans for a policy of squad rotation.
"I'm not going to try and do that," he added. "We've kept near enough the same sort of side that we fielded for the first league game and it's important to have the continuity and belief in the squad.
