Posh director of football Barry Fry rubbished rumours that Tom Williams is being chased by three Championship clubs.
One Sunday newspaper linked the left-back with Middlesbrough, Leicester and Watford yesterday and claimed Posh would be willing to sell for £250,000.
Fry said: "It's absolute rubbish. We have not had one single enquiry for Tom. I think you will find it is Tom's agent putting things about because he only has a year left on his contract.
"Everyone knows we don't sell any players that the manager doesn't want to sell."
