QPR are reportedly set to swoop for £1m-rated Italian striker Alessandro Pellicori if he impresses during pre-season.
The 27-year-old journeyman has linked up with the squad in Slovenia but talk of the deal already being done is wide of the mark.
Pellicori's club, Avellino, are said to be in financial trouble and desperate for an injection of funds to stave off bankruptcy.
