Im sorry I want English speaking players . Communication is essential for an effective team. Knowing the culture, the play, ,
the other teams terrain is critical at this level. Now dont brand me as a British loyalist or an anti foreigner, this is my point of view. Tevez other talented players, speak with their feet. The lot that have been here last couple years, nice people, good family men but it just didnt work.

UPDATED Magilton eyes first signing QPR by David McIntyre - BBC Sport (U1628513) 05 July 2009 Rangers are hoping to sign Argentine playmaker Alejandro Damian Faurlin. The 22-year-old’s performances for Argentine side Instituto have sparked interest from a number of Italian clubs, but QPR will try to persuade him to join them. He could feature for Rangers during pre-season, as could David Connolly who has been training with the club. Connolly is a free agent after being released by Sunderland. Jim Magilton has looked to Argentina before, signing Luciano Civelli for Ipswich last season, and John Gorman recently visited there on a scouting mission. Following his return, an approach for Faurlin was made and the player is expected in London for talks this week. If he does join Rangers, it may be on an initial year-long loan with a view to a permanent transfer at the end of the season.
It would be a similar deal to the one for Emmanuel Ledesma last summer and the agreed fee is likely to be similar too – around £3m, possibly slightly more.www.bbc.co.uk/dna/606/A54059682?s_fromedit=1&s_typedarticle=edit&s_type=15&s_sport=football

Deciding Role of manager in signing players: Good (If actually and consistently the case.
And then there's the role of the manager in players departing the club - either permanently on loans. Delaney? Camp? We'll see

theres one piece just after he signed where he was told not to spend too much money. When your wif goes shopping, hold the credit cards and just give her some cash and tube fare.
