Bamford is a cheating scumbag, Begovic was nowhere near him. Astonishing decision. Banford should have been booked for simulation, Card has to be rescinded. Begovic did not touch him. The standard of Championship officials is just appalling. |

Appalling as that decision was there’s no disguising we were completely outplayed by a pretty average Leeds side who were as bad as us in front of goal. The times we just gave away the ball or just could not keep hold of it is alarming and shows no sign of improving. I no longer listen to GAs post match comments they are beginning to sound like a well worn record (where have I heard that before?)

That red card has to be recinded... And Banford should receive a ban for simulation... how he could stand there and watch a fellow pro sent off and say nothing, is an absolute disgrace.

once more shafted by the officials , how many more times are we going to be on end of such incompetent decisions , so far we have had offside goals given ,handball goals ,penalties not given when they were stonewall but not given , referees acting like twelfth man , letting opposition get away with fouling all the time then dishing out yellow cards to us every time we tackled the opposing players ,and so we come to tonight the ball was clearly out of play in the lead up to Leeds goal but play was allowed to continue because the ref and linesman ignored the fact , we had Leeds players throwing themselves on the ground whenever we tackled them , constant time wasting , and then we have serial diver Bamford getting a fellow professional sent off when Begovic never touched him absolute disgrace we should appeal it and get it rescinded and Bamford should receive a yellow card for simulation and warned about his future conduct ,to sum up the ref was an absolute clown but then I never expected anything else from him because when I saw who the ref was I just knew there would be controversy as we had issues with him before and it seems controversy follows him around as other clubs have complained about his standard of refereeing , rant over 😡

Forget the ref and other complaints everyone - no bearing on the result of another dismal performance The ref is not to blame for Dykes useless single attempt of the night or any of the other inept displays. Pay attention to Kakay, the worst of a poor bunch. I never want to see him in an R's shirt again. Play Dunne at right back or a half fit Cannon or "Yellow Card Off Side" Armstrong or Jude the Cat. One of the worst give away goals I have seen for a while - and not even sure that the ball did not go out for a throw before Smyth tried to rescue it and set Leeds up. The Leeds player started to appeal for the throw. I thought GA wanted defenders who can put their foot throw the ball into the back row of the stands instead of setting up the opposition. The game was over after 9 minutes and we got what we deserved so admit but not accept it, but all will be ok - Gareth says so. National League Champions in 5 years time and he will have some silverware to talk about. Look out Blackburn we are coming for you (that scared them I bet). PS. In case no one noticed I am in a bad mood this morning.  |

To be fair Banford has admitted that Bergovic did not touch him so there is no reason the red card should stand. If you see the video Banford is actually waving his hands signifying no foul but as Leeds we’re only one goal up thought better of it. Gamesmanship at its worst. |

Missed the start of the game and the goal. So what a surprise to hear on the radio that Leeds had gone in front from their first attack due to a mess up between Smyth and Kakay! I saw the goal later....dear me!
I was surprised we started with both Armstrong and Dykes against a strong Leeds midfield anyway. But both had poor games, Dykes anonymous until he was asked to go in goal.
Having missed much of the Leeds first half dominance and their failure to capialise, the game I saw was of a dreadful standard by both teams. Leeds had a swagger and confidence that saw them stroke the ball around and pass it to a QPR player, only to have it gratefully returned.
When the red button commentator mentioned Dozzell, I had to check the web to see when he came on. I was quite surprised to discover it was half time. I saw poor Albert come on, but must have missed Andre's entrance. I must admit that the red button commentary confused me somewhat. I kept being told how wonderful Leeds were and how inept QPR had been, whereas I had concluded that Leeds had looked pretty unimpressive - but as I say, I missed their purple dominance. No beef about us being inept though.
The sending off changed nothing, but was awful. My frustration watching our team started with the lack of urgency. It was if we were hoping to hang on in there and then give it a go in the last five minute. Chair was trying throughout, but with so little help.
Some of last night was down to the manager - he selected the set-up. Some was down to certain individuals being out of form or having bad games (Kakay again venturing forward leaving gaps). I think Kakay was only substituted because he was booked. Cook was injured and I gather Colback was substituted through injury. Field was booked and is suspended for Saturday.
We need more in midfield and we have probably lost our best two for Blackburn.
I have read a lot about we are not very good. We clearly have a smaller budget than most. We were playing one of the relegated teams with a Prem squad and budget. But last night, surely we could have done more, better, and with more urgency.
Saturday's team awaited with interest. I will be there, at the abattoir.

We set out from the start(as per our usual strategy) to Dig in Battle and Contain...and try and keep the score down so I suppose this was some sort of success. Not much football. No sophistication and of course nothing up front. Perhaps if we had Jamie Vardy in our team up front on his own at the start of the season we could have been in the top six by now  |

I've kind of stopped caring anymore.
I don't get angry when we lose, I'm so used to it I'm numb to it now.
I don't care if GA stays or goes, I can't see any other outcome than relegation this time round.
It will be thoroughly deserved for this wretched club too.

we have appealed the red card will be heard tomorrow by the FA and Bamford could face retrospective action by the fact he tried to con an official by simulation , but as I said he is known for diving ,could not get away with it so much in the Premier League because of var and stronger referees , here though in the Championship we don't have Var and the standard of refereeing is quite frankly appalling ,ihope the red card is rescinded and Bamford is duly punished 😊
