How daft can it all get.
Boehly has now spent £1bn on players since he acquired the club.
I know how they spread the cost over extended contracts, and they have higher income, but how different is it to what Fernandes did when we were in the Championship - and then the Prem?
At what point will FFP finally catch up with them and will the authorities ever have the b**ls to bring the like of Chelseas and Man City to account?
The Cole Palmer signing says it all. Signing for £45m to swap City's bench for Chelsea's. Costing £45m when Brighton offered £30m. A 50% guzumping. Caicedo - £110m - a fee of more than 10 times what Brighton paid - and having played less than half a season. It is insanity.
But why do teams in the Championship live in fear of FFP, when once in the Prem anything goes? It is wrong on so many levels.
