England showed the bad side of football, the fouling and the fish flopping. Especially with 15 minutes to go. Poor form from a team that flatters to deceive. Sorry but as a neutral on the game that is how it appeared.

Well that's over and despite die hard male football fans, especially on Facelessbook & Twotter, hoping it would be a crap tournamentand fail, it wasn't. Spain deservedly winning 1-0 in a frantic final. Over all the attendances surpassed what even FIFA were expecting, especially in a Thugby country like New Zealand. All the figures add up and smashed what was set in France at the last one. Australia & New Zealand as co-hosts have a lot to be proud of with this tournament.

I wish our boys had the same skill level of some of those girls, they are a joy to watch. Living as I do in Spain I suspect I will in for a bit of ribbing but no doubt the Spanish side were by far the best team with Seven of them playing for Barcelona. Should also add that the pen should have been retaken and it just shows the inconsistency of VAR.

Must say the FA or whoever let themselves down a bit at the last minute. Yes they were disappointed and probably very tired after the flight back from Australia (I have done that one) but to leave Heathrow T3 by the backdoor to avoid their England fans in arrivals , many of whom had been waiting a long time and had spent good money on travel or parking, was poor.
Must admit T3 Arrivals is a pretty poor place to make an entrance but even so a good way to lose respect/ support.

I think that was appalling. What did the players think? That they were going to be hung out for failiure?? Fans wanted to let them know that they were proud of what they did achieve - a Final position. Very poor form from the players and the FA. Are they going to refund those fans expenses??
