Maybe but I would expect the club gave a spec for the job and maybe a shortlist of names of the type they wanted or even a specific name. Far easier for a headhunter to make a confidential approach without the club being involved, having to ask permission to talk and maybe a way around compensation. All this of course assuming Gallen does join us.
