We posted virtually the same time, Harry. I'll post the team here and delete mine to avoid confusion

We have had our chances through, not the worst end of season game I have watched.

Well finish 19th or 20th. Ill bring the end of season predictions down. Just looked at them. So many predicted finishing much higher.

The shape of things to come I fear.
Meanwhile the fight for the play-offs is changing by the minute. As things stand one more goal from Boro against Coventry and Coventry would miss out to Sunderland for 6th place on goals scored. That would be sick for them.

Millwall didn’t make the playoffs, the only thing that mattered today.
Reading without 6 point deduction would have caught us, so really we missed relegation by one point Has to be said shocking season and the club needs big changes

All over can’t even be arsed to offer any more comments either, I’ll leave it to others.

All over can’t even be arsed to offer any more comments either, I’ll leave it to others. Same here. Stopped watching in 2nd half after their second goal and frankly I’m glad this season is finally consigned to the history books. Truly awful wretched football club we are.

Shocking, useless, if Ainsworth stays we are down next season for certain.

Well we did not sit back like in the last two games, and the result was the same as ever. First the team selection: Ainsworth only selected Laird of the loanees (little other choice) - so i guess fair enough. But Amos is a number 8, not part of a two-man central midfield. Playing two up front has not worked all season - but today, both were winning the majority of the balls played up to them - until we went behind. It was pretty even with no shortage of effort - not a bad 20 minutes. Then Albert stupidly attempts a bicycle kick in our own area -, falls on his backside and it is one nil. The change in body language, shape, attitude was amazing. How does any manager lift this collective? It is what has been happening for months. But we did come out after the break much sharper and created 10 minutes of decent pressure where we could have scored. But 16 shots, none on target tells another tale. Then with City's first attempt of the second half we are two down. From then on, we were a mess. Some strange substitutions only conspired to lose any shape that we had. Not sure why Lowe was preferred to Dixon-Bonner. Lowe cannot be bothered to chase back. Ainsworth was bawling at Willock to close down, but he still failed to do so. So many basic errors, individual and collective - it degenerated into a shambles. However, we should have had a penalty - but not with Woolmer in charge. But in the end, it was a reminder of how poor we have been this season - it was a typical performance from the squad. So many of the 18 are unlikely to be there when the next window closes - and that was probably their major concern. Sam Field was named player of the year - thoroughly deserved - I hope that he stays for next season. First job for Ainsworth is to sign a midfield general.

I could not believe my eyes to see an overhead kick attempted in our own penalty area. Utterly ridiculous from Uncle Albert. It totally torpedoed us under the water. For a player with which we hold such sentimental reverence I was saddened , please retire now so you can go and tell war stories like Uncle Albert Trotter.
I stayed for the lap of honour which a fairly lame affair. I know Chris Martin started the season with BC and has made a decent-ish contribution for us but to watch him clap their fans above me in the school end was a pretty shitty moment considering I stayed. I wish I’d left like everyone else.

At current rate we will be down by February next season so at least no last day worries for us next year.
Every cloud, eh!
