Yeah, he is a frustrating video at the best of times.
It is more about what he alludes to but will not articulate for now.
Things that need to be fixed and changed. The need for leaders and senior players. Loans, but only in moderation, the culture.
He clearly is going to be very busy with no holiday.
But we have to wait and see.
