you talk about playing for the QPR badge which I agree with but in my opinion we have too many loanees who have no affinity whatsoever with the club and just want to get the loan done and get back to their parent club I would just hope that we didn't have to go through the loan situation but unfortunately the youngsters are not coming through so I suppose there is only one route we can do down ,not that I am pleased about it because most of the players we have signed are so injury prone , why on earth would we sign a player like Taylor Richards on loan with his injury record I think he has probably played just a few games but and this is what I believe after the loan period is over he belongs to us , that's just great a player who has hardly played for us is suddenly ours what were our so called director of football and CEO thinking answers please

It’s difficult though Kent as we don’t have all the funds to buy the players outright to stay within ffp guidelines so we have to get loans.
Like you say when something like this happens the loans don’t seem to get bothered, I expect had Beale stayed they would have played better.

We need to be bringing or even buying some better youngsters for the Club.
we don’t have too many good ones sadly and we can not put them in the team as they are not good enough.
So do you stick with the better quality loans and hope they start to perform again, if they don’t we could go down or stick in a load of youngsters who are definitely not good enough and would go down.
At least Ainsworth has played for QPR and knows about the Club, so if anyone can explain to them he can.
But I do agree agree the contracts we ar still giving out are far too long and we need better youngsters coming through.
Sinclair might make it, Kelman we don’t know if he will come on but how many others are there, not many.

Obviously echo all the best wishes. I would want any manager appointed to win every game while in charge.
The only downer I've ever had with Gareth, is the same reason I wouldn't want Sherwood or Parker. That being how many times has he turned down the managers job here? He always seemed to be linked in his case over the last 8 years . Maybe he was never offered it who knows ! But nobody turns down the mighty QPR .... anyway all the best Gareth may you never lose a game.
