Guess what happens when you sign injury prone players?!

Guess what happens when you sign injury prone players?! Yes, plus a little bit of attitude. Roberts was thought to be ready for Saturday 'But did not feel quite right'. Willock felt his hamstring (having not warmed up before coming on) so sat down. Is Richards very unlucky, or has he got an attitude issue. Balogun's injury has never been properly defined -coming up to 4 months out, does he not want to know now that Beale has departed? Clarke -Salter has had injury issues all his life - would probably be in the Prem by now if not. Johansen has hit that stage in his career. Armstrong - not able to complete 90 minutes apparently - cramp again on Saturday. We do have a few who mainly keep out of trouble: Paal, Dickie, Dunne, Dozzell & Chair - and Field has done better of late. But due to finances, we have far too many vulnerable players in a small squad, with the youngsters not coming through.

But due to finances, we have far too many vulnerable players in a small squad, with the youngsters not coming through. It just looks like we got poor, injury prone players in. Tyler Roberts looks crap. Taylor Richards will probably spend most of his footballing life in a treatment room. Willock looks like he's had enough, JCS is another one who can't stay healthy. It's great signing these supposedly good players from Premier League clubs, but if 90% of the time they are going to be unavailable due to injuries then they're not really going to help you. I understand why the club takes a chance on this type of player, but maybe it's time to rethink this strategy and replace it with one where we actually get players who can spend most of the time actually on the field playing and contributing to the cause. The data tends to be fairly reliable here. If a player suffers lots of injuries then he's going to keep suffering lots of injuries after you sign him.

Find it appalling that a so called QPR fan can contact JCS brother on social media and say he’s a waste of space always injured. What a sad world we live in. This is the bad thing about social media, we never had this crap 40 years ago.

This is the bad thing about social media, we never had this crap 40 years ago. Why do people do that? I hate social media, apart from LinkedIn that I use for work I avoid it all like the plague. It's full of sad people that want to make everyone else's life as sad as theirs. Not fair on the player or his family to receive crap like that, wont do him or QPR any favours.
