But we should have definitely kept Mark Warburton.

I did not want him to depart, but with hindsight, the relationship was broken with his pay lords and it seems it was all about the strategy of developing the youth. Perhaps he was tired of it all, he chose a cushy number at West Ham rather than managing again. Looks like he may well be unemployed very soon if Moyes gets the axe though.

Warbs wanted to stay. There were many on this board who questioned the move saying what if we get someone worse. IMO we did with the mess we are in now.

No not for me. Nobody was disappointed with Beale until he left. I'm not defending Beale but no-one wanted warbs when he was here.

I was perfectly (relatively) happy with Warburton. Was sad to see him go. And certainly felt the way the club handled it - as so often - was not classy.
As for Beale: I guess the question is could we have known he would be "antsy" to move so soon? Were there any indications? (I don't think so; but could we have known)

A lot of people seem to forget that the first 16 months of Warburton's reign at Loftus Rd was somewhat of a mediocre shambles. Check out the record for this particular period!
True thereafter to his credit there was a big improvement and at times we could display good quality football and get on the front foot.
However it has been well documented at QPR and all his previous clubs including Brentford and Glasgow Rangers that Mark Warburton did not really give much interest to any form of decent defensive strategy.....and it showed!
