Hope for Man City or Arsenal away?.
Nothing to lose games and a bit of cash - far better than getting a league 2 team away and our reserves getting knocked out.
On the other hand a good cup run to boost morale and confidence would be fine.

I would like Man City or Spurs a away, haven't been to their grounds yet.
I do love the FA cup. I wish clubs would take is seriously. Been watching the early round games on the BBC

If we are drawn against a Premier league reserve team and we play a full strength side...we may have a Chance.
Any other draw against a team in the EFL Or non league outfit then you can be sure we will play a second string side.
Early rounds of the FA Cup are a Farce and the fans have known it for years...Most times the Prem and Championship clubs cant get decent crowds even when charging half price admission

So...The new Management (whoever they are) will be sending our second string to Fleetwood playing against their first team.
Will we get beat? We shall see.

Yay. So we get knocked out of the FA cup by Fleetwood Town this season. We don't do Cup runs, so exactly as you said.

Just for one season I would like to look forward to a cup game without the annual recital of "we don't do cups" . Oh well maybe next year.
