QPR, the gift that keeps giving to sides at the bottom struggling for a win.

We may be out of the top 8 at this rate before the World cup break.

Even Willock looks bad tonight.

We may be out of the top 8 at this rate before the World cup break. Easily. But it’s a long season and most teams are going to go through blips like this. Doesn’t make it any easier to take though.

Need to up our game big time, poor. Sheff Utd losing we could really of pushed on tonight. We need two goals somehow, trouble is our defending us so soft Hudds could also get another two. Why has our defence started looking so poor… Come on Rangers sort this sh1t out.

We’re getting found out. How we can concede at a set piece again is very frustrating.

Poor, 36 goal attempts and lost to the basement team.
Like I said, which I think is fully justified now, limping along to the break, barely a limp at all losing to two of the bottom three at home.

Awful few games.
World Cup break can’t come soon enough, we are in free fall.

Also I predicted a home loss. Don't ask me why. Also I didn't think wed score a goal. On that account I was wrong. But it came so early.

I seem to think since Eustace new how to play against us and beat us , others have watched there success and WBA and Hudds now done the same. Birminghams late goal saved us to going 7th.
I mean we might go into the break being 7th or 8th and some might say we would have taken that before the season? But for me from where we where , it’s a poor show. losing to Huddersfield at home after we lost to WBA and yet we wanted a reaction performance, don’t think we got it.
It also shows how badly we need an actual clinical finisher, till we get that we won’t go anywhere imo.

MB not happy letting in goals from set plays again, after we knew how they were going to get there goals from them. Seemed peeved, praised Adomah for the amount of decent crosses he got in the box, not happy nobody trying to get on the end of them…… Ummmmm

First post match interview where you sense some real anger in MBs voice. Stopped short of saying we were just shite tonight , but we were.

Its all about result and the last 2 games both at home we have lost to teams at the bottom, no matter what excuses- if any- we can make. That said I hope there is little danger of relegation this season and to be perfectly honest QPR in the premiership in the current year + would be a disaster. We are supporters and not making money out of the club. Better see a team winning more than losing...but hey just my opinion....

It was poor last night, we just look lethargic. Its almost like watching a Warbuton team.
Everyone was below par, Senny was at fault for the second (Why was he so far out?)
I never thought I would hear people Booing at the end of a game under Mick Beale
On the flip side, their keep is awful but somehow managed to pull of 2 top drawer saves.

just watched the replay for their second goal, how feckin lucky!
Did anyone see the pen call? From my point of view it looked like he caught the ball and push it around his back.
Lets not take anything away from our really poor performance though.

MB, first 20 minutes was like a kids game. Birmingham, WBA , Hudds displays not good enough. He seems like he’s been totally let down but you have to give credit to the opposing three Managers who pretty much sussed out how to beat us.

No hustle to get to or clear second balls, which has been a constant issue this season, and no one committing into the box or dragging defenders away. It's all played in front of them and the savvier teams in this division are able to deal with that. The number of goals conceded by not winning the second ball is ridiculous. Correct that stat alone and this team is probably top of the league.

Yes he is right.
But the point he has stated that many have not pickup on is that, while fan moan about our strikers, it is actually our defending that has let us down in recent games. Players not doing what hey were told/coached to do knowing how other teams would approach the game, conceding soft goals from set pieces and even a couple of freaky goals from back heals and back to gaol lobs that caught Seny hopelessly and needlessly out of position.
That has enabled teams to get their noses in front and then close down our play. We cannot give teams a goal or 2 start and expect the upfront players to catch up.
Having said that Sheffield Utd 5 Burnley 2 then 3 days later Sheffield United 0 Rotherham 1 . Thats the Championship for you.

Seny's reward for letting in, off his line goals against Blackburn, Birmingham and Huddersfield is a trip to the Word Cup and a potential move to Everton - funny old game. Enjoy your Winter hibernation!

Enjoy your Winter hibernation! Yeap but he did score one at Sunderland so he is only 3-1 down ! Plus he has earned us more than a couple of points along the way with some important saves so I will let him off. Seriously though I wonder if his recent wandering out too far is either a temporary set of misjudgements or that he sees the defenders struggling as the set pieces come in and goes out himself to try to cover. Hopefully he will get a game at the World Cup as reward for his progress. Unfortunately I think that will only happen if his team progress to the latter stages (which many expect they will) and that means he will probably not be back in time for the Burnley game when we really want him. Winter has set in in my part of the world so I will enjoy hibernating in front of the log fire - unless something I read on here wakes me up.

Birmingham lost at home so didn’t go above us. Preston play Millwall so lowest we can be in the table at the break if we lose tomorrow is 9th. Hopefully we can get something though.
