Personally I think bringing in Hendricks was a bad move, yet to see what he brings and why change a winning formula sticking him in the team. Hendricks and Field in the same team is a big no from me. Was he brought in because we had so many games coming up? Yet we managed without so what was the point. I think it’s part of the current problem but that’s just me. Wasting his money on a young loan striker might have been better money spent, what wrong did Dozell and Amos do, always looked a threat with them in the team.
I tend to measure progress Ricky by where you finish at the end of a year and how many points. It’s ok being say top until Christmas and then finishing 12th but if you finish 12th that’s your season average. Just because we were in the play off positions for six month, if we finish less than 68 points we have still gone backwards imo. Certainly have not improved. Let’s see how we get on through April, personally can’t see us picking up many points, 1 point off Barnsley,Cardiff and Hull is shocking from where we were and how they were all playing, no excuses.

I find this message board very clicky. I have been a keen reader of it for views and insight for many years. On the odd occasion I’ve replied to a post it is very rarely recognised or replied to. From looking in it is very fickle people say one thing then totally backtrack when form changes. I have said on many occasions I think dykes is overrated. He has scored 20 goals for qpr in 64 games I think 7 were penalties. Is that a great return for a number 9. People jump on you with how good he is( maybe for Scotland) not for us. Grays time on the pitch is very rare but if you look at minutes played and goals scored compared to dykes there is a massive difference. I also think chair is a good player but I feel when he is not in the side we seem to grind out results. Look at form while he was away compared to now. It’s clear warburton has too many midfielders. Now gone to playing with a false 9 to accommodate all of them. I think we all saw this coming have we honestly played that well. The league table does not reflect our performances but that is the championship in a nutshell. I am over the moon where QPR are now compared to a few years ago. In truth going up I feel would be a disaster. Not financially but in terms of the direction we are going. All the hard work done over the last few years would be ruined. I think 7th would be perfect keep hold of as many as we can and bring in as many of the type we have been and go again. Up the r’ssss

I think all message boards are fickle and this one is no different. It was not so long ago that the theme was that this team never know when they are beaten. Now it is that this team does not know how to win a game. Both can be true of course, but social media is so easy to sound off when disappointment kicks in and we rejoice in winning. It is the hope that kills you. I try to contain my disappointment when we lose, but I genuinely believe that the Championship is all about fine margins. Had Gray scored when played in by Willock on Saturday, we would be rejoicing that we were back on song, but as it is, our play-off chances are hanging by a thread. I do not disagree with you about Dykes. I would only say that there are some games that are better suited to his style. Certainly, Scotland play better to his strengths than QPR do at times. I have mixed feelings about promotion. Are we ready? No. Would it inject much needed cash? Yes There is certainly more enjoyment to be had winning well each week than being hammered each week. If we were to win promotion, i would be overjoyed - after all, we are all here to win. Could it destroy all the rebuilding work - probably! As for 'clicky'....this board has many readers but few posters. I call it as I see it, but I often post and receive so little response that I wonder why I bother. So by all means join in on the debates, another voice would be welcomed by me.

We might rant off after games but generally there is a mix of opinions on here. whilst I agree with most of above , I’m not in the camp that if we go up it’s a total disaster. only if you go about it as Tony Fernades did last time which was a disaster. Lots of others have gone up with not the best equipped squads but managed ok or have come down and no worse for it. We would get beaten most weeks agree but when is the correct time, this season in two years in 5 years, it’s all a bit of a lottery. We might go backwards after this year, so why not try for it this year.

Clicky...........spot on mate. I am not in the least surprised in the drop of form, we are a bog avareage team with a clueless manager. It was on the cards the form would not last with the players we have and the strategical plans used. We could do with the promotion cash no argument there, but we would be shown up rather badly if we went up IMO

Come on Rangersman, how can you say Warburton is Clueless he had us getting an average of 2 points a game for over 50 games, that’s a bit of an insult. We had the best average of everyone in the league for a 12 month period up until January. I think maybe mistake was signing Hendricks and messing the midfield up or even the club for not buying a striker but you can’t take away the fact Warburton had us sitting in third and fourth place for weeks.

I have to disagree, IMO he has been entirely clueless on quite a few occasions. I just do not think he is the right man for the job. We have rode our luck more than a few times this season, and he has this uncanny knack of making the obvious sound Pseudo, in his after match speeches. I do however agree with you about the Hendricks signing, and the striker goes without saying. But he knows best eh...............................
