Well back in 1982 we went to the finals and lost in replay.

Hope we play also Hartlepools or Kidderminstar or Borehamwood. I see Ricky posted that Archer has a dislocated shoulder. Maybe he does better with it. Seriously tho with Dieng in Africa we will need another keeper.

Well back in 1980 we went to the finals and lost in replay. We were robbed in that final and Spurs fans know it. As for this "Cup Run" - Nose bleed time, we got past the 3rd round.

Acknowledging that the Rs have found many innovative ways to break our hearts over the decades (Vauxhall etc) not winning the cup in that year, with that terrific team we had, hurt the most.

Yeah that one always hurts me the most, that one and the Milk Cup final loss to Oxford

I think the Milk Cup hurt more. We did not show up at all. When we lost to spuds, everyone could hold their head up high, knowing we were the better team on the day.

Yeah agree, hurt me more Andy having to watch the game in with with Oxford Utd fans. We were the strong favourites too, your right we never turned up at all.

I think the club has settled into a way of running that suits the attendances and income more. During these Covid times, I think our club is probably surviving a lot better than others around us. At least financially.

At least financially. Very pleasing indeed, there’s not much that troubles me in the way the Club are going about there business currently. Come on a long way in last 5-6 years, after some shambolic spending. Makes you love your club even more.
