Didn't see the game but just saw Charlie's goal. That was QPR level defending by Luton!

Cameron still looked dodgy up against a weak frontline. Hope fella from hull can slot in there. Make us a bit more solid, can’t make many mistakes when playing 3 at the back. Come on u r’s

Wonderful what a QPR win can do for your lockdown spirits! Thought that we played really well in the first half and Austin made such a difference, leading the line and that gave Dykes his best game of the season. It was so important to Charlie that we started with a win and a goal – and to the team and the supporters. Had he missed that goal – can you imagine? But he showed what leading the line is all about and, playing two centre forwards threw Luton’s planning out of the window. They decided to match up and that allowed us to prosper and dominate. The second half was always going to be a challenge because: Luton have a decent manager; Austin and Carroll would surely tire, we needed a second goal to kill them off. But fine margins as ever. Luton missed the sort of chance that we did against Fulham. They hit the crossbar and as time played out, we could all see that equaliser coming from some fluke or other. I know I celebrated the second goal far more than the first. I thought that how and when we used our substitutes would be key. Luton waited until the 77th minute and then it was a mad flurry for them and probably cost them the second goal as they lost all shape. I did not expect Charlie to do any more than 60 minutes (probably the same for Wycombe). The last thing we want is for him to pick up an injury now. But when Bonne replaced him my spirit dropped. And then he placed the ball in the far corner of the net and I was really pleased for him. Likewise, why Adomah and not Willock for Chair? And then Albert set up the second goal. I thought Bettache should have come on for Carroll – but we won two nil, so what do I know?

Great accurate synopsis Ricky.
Dykes and Bonne both looked like they were freshly released from prison in their demeanour and resolve.
Bonne's undershirt statement was terrific! (wonder how many games he had been sporting it)
