So what is the biggest problem?
Yesterday’s squad:
• 13Dieng
• 2Kane
• 4Dickie
• 20Cameron
• 6Barbet
• 11Osayi-SamuelSubstituted
• 12Ball
• 10Chair
• 22Carroll
• 9Dykes
• 7Bonne
• Substitutes
• 19Thomas
• 21Willock
• 23Masterson
• 25Hämäläinen
• 26Bettache
• 29Kelman
• 33Barnes
• 37Adomah
Only 8 of the 18 players selected were with us for the poor end to last season, post lock-dowm 2020. (Kane, Cameron, Barbet, Masterson, Ball, Chair, Barnes & Bright).
Post lockdown we lost: Pugh, Hall, Eze, Clarke, Manning, Oteh, Rangel, Hugill & Smyth. We have also lost Kelly this week. Ten of the replacements are listed above in the team list and we have had loanees returning like Dieng, Kakay and Hamalainen.
So the challenge is, try to put the following reasons in order of your belief and best reasoning:
• We are missing Eze so much
• The other players that we lost were replaced by far lesser players
• The manager is not getting the best out of the squad
• New players need time to settle – and they are yet to do so.
• Some of our new signings are hopeless.
• The manager is clueless
• We have been very unlucky
• There is no team spirit
• The players are just not trying
• The club will not break FFP limitations ' Our owners are inept
' The coaching at teh club is inept
• Any other
Be interesting to see if there is any consensus on this message board.

These are the only valid reasons on your list imo
• We are missing Eze so much - a lot rather than so much
• The other players that we lost were replaced by far lesser players - lesser rather than far lesser
• New players need time to settle and they are yet to do so
• We have been very unlucky - unlucky rather than very unlucky, although not taking chances isn't down to luck
• The club will not break FFP limitations - and rightly so

Really with no win in 10 games. The players have had 24 games to settle , to be fair if that’s not long enough , nothing will be. Most squads have big changes every season if you can’t settle in 24 games most times never will. Unlucky, don’t buy that one really, more like sloppy defending, switching off to easily and not clinical enough.

The manager has to be replaced. Need a different chemistry and approach to the game. We must get out of the relegation zone, With Charlie Austin coming on loan. a new manager can bolster a better QPR.

Harr, how high up your list is the manager then?
For me, they are all considerations, but trying to put them in some sort of order is pretty tough.
Here is my attempt though:
• We are missing Eze so much (we did not realise how his skills were papering over obvious cracks last season)
' The coaching at the club is inept (same mistakes year after year)
• The club will not break FFP limitations (Nor should they, but we are shopping for bargains, not at the finished quality market - we are not competitive in the transfer market now)
• The manager is not getting the best out of the squad (He does not utilise his squad well and like most managers he has favourites - poor substitute choices & timings)
• The other players that we lost were replaced by far lesser players (We obviously have a number of projects and calculated risks - we have lost so many goals from last season's team)
• New players need time to settle – and they are yet to do so. (Gets harder the longer the baron run goes on)
• Any other - Covid - (lack of crowds and atmosphere at our intimidating stadium)
• Some of our new signings are hopeless. (Not hopeless but not Championship standard - but Dieng and Dickie are real quality - really not sure about Bonne though)
• We have been very unlucky (But you make your own luck - we need a lucky win!)
• The manager is clueless (At times - he could always do better)
' Our owners are inept (In the past - but not the recent past)
• There is no team spirit (Due to the poor run only I think)
• The players are just not trying (at time heads have dropped - but most times they give their all)

Yeah that’s a pretty good assessment you have there Ricky. Although I would drop Eze down a bit. Hugill and Wells I would put as high or higher than Eze.if there was a consideration for them. Again I would drop down the time to settle, 24 games is more than long enough to get some steadiness . Covid maybe also a bit lower as we are all in exactly the same boat with the same constraints. I don’t really like the work Clueless for a Manager, maybe not performing to the expectations of the club would be better.

The club must do something. I agree with Rangersman, a minority of two, that the longer we go with Warburton the less chance we have of surviving. Minority must be heard in a democracy.

75 would probably do a better job as our Manager/Head Coach if truth be told.
