I think we do. Have no idea who it would be. We cant score goals and we give up goals too easily. So, don't blame the manager, but who else should we blame?

Anyone who knows how to play at least 2 up front and can tighten our defensive back line.

I am afraid we do need.
First few positives.
- Warburton have managed in luring few talents into our squad. There might be some other reason also (Les etc.), but I would like to give him some credit for this anyway. - Also, after last season we had serious challenges with our defensive game. This is clearly an area we have improved a lot, despite still having issues with set pieces defending. - Warburton is clearly a manager who is able to coach individuals. BOS is participating defensively a lot more and with quality than previously. Whole defensive line have improved from last season Kakay, Barbet, Hämäläinen. IMO we have improved our overall play, but have had a lots of bad luck, have suffered some controversial judgements and especially we have been absolutely garbage when should be scoring....
Negatives:
- We have lost many point because of poor or mainly because of totally missing management in games. No reactions when needed. - Only one-dimensional tactics. - Only one-dimensional changes. - Only one-dimensional enthusiasm.
I have always been more of a moderate fan, but now there seems to be such a mount to climb for this club, that we really need new and fresh start for this season.
Problem is that I do not have any answers, who would be my choice to continue, not even a good guess who might be suitable. This all just seems to be going on one way route into wrong direction at the moment and we need someone to stop this madness. Yes madness, because we have talented and capable squad to support.
Nor an easy task to resolve, but I would be looking new alternatives already.

IMO: If the owners have got any sense re football matters(which is a moot point) they surely have already decided a change is needed and the only issue is whether to announce it now or wait until after Xmas. Surely we have a sufficient number of championship quality players to be in a comfortable position in the league not fighting with the likes of Wycombe et al and other losers. So it follows the one responsible needs to take the blame.
The question now is the replacement and it's not for me to second guess that; do we not have a director of football or whomever who ought to know what and who is required...? Maybe I am asking too much....
Merry Xmas!

Thin ice !!!! he will drag us down, he has to do the decent thing, and leave by mutual consent. Surely he cannot think he can ride this out, i have never rated him and i knew this was coming. He could recover some dignity by agreeing to leave.

Trouble is a replacement.
What grates. What truly grates is we had Warnock. We had Warnock again. And I'm sure we could have gotten him again (Obiously not now)
And for our needs - not for the Premieer League...Probably would have done a good job for us

If Warnock had been kept, I think with that squad, we would have recovered and done alright. That was a panic move and his replacement was an embarrassment.

If Watford sack their manager while in the top 6 anything is possible. I just think that London in tier 4 will give the board an excuse to hold on until after xmas. I am not sure anybody is going to that desperate to want to move to London 5 days before Xmas anyway. You therefore can only appoint a caretaker, this is going to be an old guard type so unless they can coax Terry Venables or Gerry Francis .... I think wait until after xmas even if this becomes to little to late.

I think Warburton is still capable of getting better results with this squad. Keep him for now. If we get any more performances like Huddersfield, or slip into the bottom 3/4 then a change might be required.

Thank heavens Derby and Rotherham was postponed last Saturday then, otherwise that could have been Boxing Day if we lose. I don’t see MW turning this mess around now, seems a bit devoid of fresh ideas at the minute. Seven points from the last 10 matches or 3 points from the last seven is pretty shocking with Swansea and Norwich to come. Would be surprised if he is taking charge of the Swansea fixture. If there was ever a game he needed to get the players motivated for it was Wycombe and he couldn’t, if honest felt Wycombe were the better team most of the time.

Ian Holloway leaves Grimsby....hmmmmmm.
One would suspect that Sir Les is still employing seasoned cryptographers to decipher the hidden meaning from the catalog of Ian's pressers.
Controversial, I know: Not averse to this R diehard if we continue to spiral.

Fair play to the owners for not letting MW go after the Wycombe game. Maybe they are going to see if he can get a win over the next two Christmas games ? It’s a big gamble and a lot of clubs might well have made the change after this run and that result. We need to hope for a miracle win, this year we have played 8 of the top 10 and so far managed to beat just 10th as our highest current team, so odds are stacked against us. Maybe we will even start with two Strikers ? This run can not go on much longer though as we will be in the bottom three in a couple of games.

Can't we bring back Adel for next game! I still love watching that 4-0 win v Swansea on Boxing Day in promotion season. Our current team seems a million miles away from that well drilled squad!
I think we have to stick with MW for next 2 games but they are tough. If we lose both and lack fight / looks like he is losing players, then can't see how he stays unless they have already lined up some early loan signings for January and we are somehow outside of bottom 3, then he might have until mid January. We MUST work the loan market in January like last year. We had 5 loans from the premier league last year and need a similar number this time, currently we have none - right back, centre back (so Masterson can go on loan), box-to-box centre mid, and striker. If BOS leaves, then a winger too.
I'd go 4-1-3-2 on Saturday as he needs to change from usual lineup which is far too predictable:-
Dieng Kane, Dickie, Cameron, Barbet Ball BOS, Thomas, Chair Dykes, Bonne

The man is truly clueless, im just reading he is shrugging off the fans opinions of him. So add arrogant to the list, i am starting to actually hate him as our manager.

I am rapidly coming to the view that whoever we appoint is better than the current incumbent. What about an interim/temporary/caretaker appointment? Surely on our results alone we now immediately need to rid ourselves of what has become a toxic loser....

In my eyes; Joey Barton is the Anti-Christ who soils what remains of the good name of QPR. And I don't care if he is or is not good manager. In my eyes, would be no acceptable than appointing John Terry - and for all I know John Terry might be a great manager. Not for QPR

Not for QPR I agree with you Macmoish - an appointment of Joey Barton would severely test my support of the club and my loyalty to the current regime. He was a disgrace as a Rangers player - I was at Manchester City the day we stayed up no thanks to him. I find it very interesting that Clint Hill is his number 2.
