Why are Sheffield Wednesday called the Owls?
Also why are Sheffield team called Wednesday.
And finally why are Barnsley called the Tykes?

No it doesn't Surrey. Have to look up Tykes which we know is Barnsley. Sorry for the confusion.

Alright I found . Barnsley is next to Tykes Water a stream that runs into the River Colne.

Im still wondering why The Den is name for Millwall. Orient for Leyton Orient. Stanley for Accrington Stanley. Any help appreciated.

Yes, Millwall's ground is the Den because of their Lions nickname
From what I can see, the Orient name came from their players working for the Orient Shipping Company
There is a street in Accrington called Stanley Street which is where the club took their name
