Currently stood outside Griffin Park waiting for mates. Hopeful as always but can't believe we will be allowed to score 11 goals in two games and then get something here haha. Good turn out. Uuuuu Rrrss.

not sure about changing wallace for manning, wallace has been superb and in my opinion is better than manning. Either way we have to be 100% on it today or we will be punished, Brentford are 3rd for a reason and know how to score. I definitely have the pre match nerves but can't wait for the game to start, didn't get ticket for this one so at home and watching from behind the sofa

Crap,so far, 2 down and not a shot at goal. Those two changes making a bit of a difference maybe?
Things can only get better as they say?

Again it came about shortly after a poor Lumley clearance.

Stepped out the away end for half time. It's a perfect cocktail of crap here.
Playing a better team anyway. Means loads more to them. Crap ref who's got key decisions wrong (both ways). And us playing really poorly. Our set piece defending, particularly without Leistner, is non existent.
Amount of times we've humped it towards Wells, Eze or BOS against someone the size of Jansson is brain dead, we need an outball if we cannot pass our way through their press.
Good away end here as per, but game feels a wash out already. Can't be too hard on them when we've scored 11 in 2. But yeah, this is awful.

3-0 at half time. We need 3 goals or better still 4 goals. Chances are slim to none. Brentford are a much stronger team. I predicted a 4-1 loss. So I'm in the running as of now.

Brentford deserved it, totally outplayed, specially first half and by that time damage was done.

On the walk back to South Ealing. Much better second half. A good goal and some better chances. But obviously cannot do a first half like that expect much out of it.

Brentford were very good, especially once in front. Cameron could not deal with Watkins and his movement, but did much better when he shifted to the midfield. Could not believe how many times we left players unmarked at set pieces - Brentford could have scored more. Warburton said that they practise set plays but did not apply it today - perhaps we lack a real leader on the pitch. But we missed Leinster today. Think that Manning really struggled. We could not cope with the wind in the first half - why did we opt to kick into the wind? Brentford took the kick off - the teams switched ends - suggests it was our choice. We had no out ball, we did better with Hugill as a target man. We just have to accept where the two clubs are in their individual development cycles...... Chalk it up!

I know there were a lot of minuses in the game today but a big plus for me was the performance once again of Conor Masterson even though he only came on at half time I thought he had a great game and I think he should start in our next game also Wallace and perhaps Kelly anyway that's my opinion no doubt other people have theirs ππ

I know there were a lot of minuses in the game today but a big plus for me was the performance once again of Conor Masterson even though he only came on at half time I thought he had a great game and I think he should start in our next game also Wallace and perhaps Kelly anyway that's my opinion no doubt other people have theirs ππ Tend to agree. Brentford knew how to pressurize Lumley and I think we now need to get a true evaluation of Kelly. So sadly a rest for Lumley. If Leinster is fit then I think that he should start ahead of Masterson, but I would love to see Masterson develop - loan or with more first team chances. With Barbet returning, his chances will be limited I guess. But he performed well in the last 2 games. I am not sure about Wallace, but he has been much better of late and I had hoped he would start against Brentford ahead of Manning. Manning was beaten at the back post and gave away the foul - so involved directly in 2 of the goals. I am not sure where Manning's best position is now. I think interest has cooled in him and the opposition are exploiting his weaknesses - but he is still young.... We have Kane, Rangel, Cameron and Ball who can all play at right back - but I am not sure who is the best option. I think Amos is steadily improving and I think that Bright, Chair and Eze have come so far in the last six months that there are many reasons to remain cheerful. But another tough test next Saturday, lunchtime on the TV - the omens are not good.
