I don't know. I don't think one should appoint a manager based on one game (if we'd won, he'd have gotten the job, say some). And just cos we lost, also shouldnt be the determinant. It's the whole long term process. Now the question is did Briatore have any role whatsoever today? Slightly disappointing crowd of just over 13,000. QPR and Burnley match reports on the blog www.qprreport.blogspot.com/ And it's a little weird that Ainsworth didn't bring on Agyemang or Ledesma

Well Admi Aingman came on and had a shot tipped at 93 mins you probably missed the whole report but biggger on ESPN soccernet was that Woolmer denied a clear penalty when Blackstock sent tumbling in front of net.

Yes so I see from the reports. I was basing on Sporting life factoids. But we can make all the "nearlies" we like. Bottom line we lost. And are down to 11th.

So if Flavs pursestrings are tied tight as they seem to be., what we have, has to do it for now. Obviously we are having trouble scoring goals. splurging for a good striker could help but seems to me that we need more than that .to move into playoff contention..

Admin you were correct about why no Ledesma as Ephraim had a terrible game (Vital) also fans muttering we need strikers and a new manager. Also tommasi got tired so maybe hes only good for half a game>

And then there is Mr. Briatore. But he deserves his own thread!
