[Edit/Bump] Wayne Fereday Turns 59. Born June 16, 1963. Given his debut at 17 by Tommy Docherty in August 1980 (after QPR had sold Clive Allen and Paul Goddard - and a few weeks before Docherty was replaced by Terry Venables), scored twice against Bristol Rovers. After almost a decade at QPR and some 200 League appearances, Fereday joined Jim Smith's Newcastle in June 1989. Happy Birthday Wayne. ;D Why is Wayne not playing for us in the Masters? He played in the midlands masters. Come on Wayne, spill the beans.

I was at that game against Rovers. Good guy and very very fast. Didn't really get the kudos he deserved from a lot of fans.

Unbelievably fast as a player.
One of my first favourite players, after Goddard and alongside Waddock, a model of consistency at the time.
I will never forget him as a great player and loyal servant to the club.
Happy Birthday Tache-face!

Wayne Fereday was one of my favourite players at QPR and I was very upset when he left. It was around that time in in 1987-88 I started supporting QPR.

Wayne Fereday Turns 50 Today Note one of the best, if not the best QPR kit/s.

One of my favourite players only because he was playing for us during the time I first started going to games. (Also shares a birthday with me hence making him one of my favourites :-)
