No but I'm happy if it takes a while as long as we get the right man in the end.

But you have to like him: "I'm enjoying it a lot and at the moment I am taking it day by day. Flavio Briatore and the fans have given me their backing so far. As long as that is going on I am a happy man - I'm proud to be at the helm of QPR. I've been here a long time and I just want the club to do well. If Flavio does decide to put me in charge then fantastic. If he doesn't then I will stay in some capacity. I'm really enjoying pitting my wits against managers..."

Since i dont think he is going anywhere he is learning by doing. He already set the back table the fullbacks are better defensiveley, But dont like to cross accurately. so he has skills to teach and encourage. Buszaky as an attacking midfielder is great. keep two strikers upfront who can play together. He is getting there. I dont like the changing home and away lineups. He does so must be a reason but i see it as confusion. must use the same midfielders but talk to Flav about what he wants also. Keep the fullbacks constant. Dont adjust to other teams let them adjust to us. Read the top books on managing and give Flav one to read also

I think 451 away and 442 home is a sound tactic. Getting a team used to other formations can only improve the team. For example against Man ure a 451 counter tactic will benefit us. Trouble starts though if you dont play the players in there posistion ala Dowie.

why is one striker away better than two?. Not that i dont necessarily disagree but we have not scored away from home in 5 games. for mk or anyone

I personally believe that you play a formation and stick with it. Personnel can be brought in and out in appropriate positions but th formation remains the same. Players can cope with that but cannot cope with changing styles of play IMO.
Don't confuse the poor blighters, you can the same thing at all levels of football. Play to your strengths and stick with them.

We started with 451 at the beggining of the season because of lack of options upfront. Dicarmine, Pat and Dex arent bad strikers but they are not enough. Our goal tally this season reflects that. We miss Vine badly so 451 makes sense at the moment. But classic 442 is for me the only way to play. But without more options uofront a dual system is a benefit for us short term.

Ditto sometimes the confusion can be cut with a knife remember one back that stopped running thought someone else was covering. But no whingeing from me.

Hey he's already got pat all the trite cliches almost every British manager seems to employ. (That's one reason De Canio had to go: Those cliches just don't translate). And he CARES. And he talks about "passion." What more could you need?
If Ainsworth truly is a "one for the future" coach, then a Venables type appointment looks better. He's there for a year or two; learning from the master, before taking over. Of course Venables said no way would he accept a Briatore type involvement .
If Ainsworth IS appointed manager (as seems likely), and it doesn't work out; then it will become difficult for him to revert back to coach.

it works well for them. About the money. I think theyre playing games.they have no idea what they want. flav says the premiersihp or bust. another says get to playoffs. Beat Man u and you have job. Its all pr and he loves the limelight. If he doesnt start making money he will find ways to do so which may be selling, still were in 7th place in a sort of crazy gang and perhaps that is the answer to promotion. aka Wimbledon. What do you think Report. I disagree that ainsworth will be appointed manager and they arent going to beat Man u. Its all work in progress. Follow the money firsly though. Its not going into the teams wages but Scotts series yesterday tells you they have some bigger fish on the fry
