R's supporters are encouraged to arrive early for the final day ....
Club Captain Gareth Ainsworth has urged the fans to take their seats early for the end of season showcase.
"It's got all the ingredients of being an afternoon to remember," Ainsworth told www.qpr.co.uk.... Sunday promises to be a day every QPR fan, old and young, remembers for the rest of their lives."

Queens Park Rangers Football Club have parted company with First Team Coach Luigi De Canio by mutual consent with immediate effect.
The Club would like to place on the record its thanks to Luigi for his contribution to QPR and wish him all the best for a successful future.
Mr De Canio also wanted to express his gratitude for the opportunity to manage Queens Park Rangers and also for the fantastic experience he had during his time in England.
The Club will be making no further comment at this stage.
Speculation re Replacements for De Canio-
Steve McClaren, Sam Allardyce, Steve Cotterill and Iain Dowie > Several say Dowie. Also Ince suggested in MEdia
Joe Oastler set to Join QPR from non-league Bognor
Ramage supposedly set to join QPR from Newcastle. Having a FITNESS TEST!
Various not-totally positive reactions to new Crest.
Within a few days of De Canio departure, tabloid saying it's Dowie.
Dowie confirmed as QPR's New First team Coach
And Chairman Paladini gets a new title - Just put on staff page, not announced - Sporting Director.
