I made a reference in another thread - this is one rumour - about the Mittal's, that really needs some urgent clarification. I hope it is just BS and they are happy to stay for the long haul. I'd feel more secure and comfortable for sure.

Don't forget those other unpronouncable names from Tune etc, not short of a few bob either.
Plus I do not recall ever hearing a mention of Mittal investing in either the new training ground or stadium.

None of the owners need to be rich enough to pay for this. They only need to be rich enough to loan it.
Whether it is "hard" or "soft" a debt is a debt and it will be on the books of the club which is why we will report a massive lost next time the company accounts are published.
Tony, Amit, the Mittals or whoever it is only need to hold their nerve long enough for the investments to start paying them back. They'll be OK because they will receive the revenue from the sale of Loftus Road (after all, they own it and will sell it when it is no longer needed) and they will also then receive the rent from us for both Warren Farm and the new stadium where we will be tenants only.
I am starting to think our club will NEVER clear the debt that is being accumulated. I just don't see how it ever will.

We won't be paying rent to our owners for Warren Farm though, as Leaseholders we'll be paying rent to the Freeholder which is the council. TV monies go up to £90m next season, if I'm not mistaken and as such when Beard says that relegation is not a possibility this season, he really means it from a financial point of view. They've gambled on receiving that income as part of their business plan. We go down and everything will have to be massively scaled back immediately. But we would get to stay at Loftus Road for longer!

We won't be paying rent to our owners for Warren Farm though, as Leaseholders we'll be paying rent to the Freeholder which is the council. Good point, we'll be paying the council the lease I'd forgotten that. Hopefully there will be other revenue generating opportunities from Warren Farm because it appears to also deliver some kind of local leisure remit for the community. But the development costs of Warren Farm will be ours to shoulder so I am making a leap that the development of Warren Farm would be undertaken by a different Tony Fernandes company (called something like Warren Fernandes Developments Ltd) which would pay the lease to the council. QPR would then be anchor tenants and would pay WFD Ltd a rent which would be big enough to cover the interest on the loan that WFD Ltd had taken out (from Tony himself) to pay for the site redevelopment and cover the cost of the lease from the council all rolled up in one. But this is some mighty supposition from me. I don't know why I am suddenly so despondent about the financial aspects. I was cock-a-hoop about the squad, the stadium, the training centre, the QPR aeroplanes and all that jazz but now I am feeling like it's all got to be paid for somehow and there is only so much TV money and the pool of excitable Malaysian fans is only so deep.

One thing we know: When the Club Wants to slap down rumours circulating, they have been very quick to do so - issuing statements on the Official site - or officials tweeting denials.
Obviously they don't do that for every little thing, especially transfer rumours. But for major things? They've done that more than once.
That's great.
However, that means when they don't refute rumours/news stories, it's not totally unfair to wonder if there's truth to them

Its called Administration and then if we're really unlucky its called Liquidation. How about 'going concern' for now, as we show absolutely no signs of the above. Or even the subsidisation of one going concern by offsetting the profits of another business within the group in the form of advertising costs in order to lower taxable amounts upon the successful business and provide for it world wide TV exposure, especially in the foreign markets where the profits are to be had for the successful business whilst allowing them the opportunity to establish a stadium for multi purpose use in near enough central London with great transport links whilst at the same time retaining the profits on the sale of Loftus Road for which they paid less than half-price for and charged the club interest on the money they used to do so? Bhatia has gone very quiet on twatter, which is unusual for him. Nothing since the 10th Sept. Day 3 He's just waiting on his PR people to deliver the next round of snake oil.

However, it suddenly went, beep beep, connected, telephone. I then heard Amit count to 40.
