The Sun/Dan King FOOTBALL said farewell yesterday to one of its greatest characters. Dennis Signy, OBE, was a journalist, Football League press guru, charity worker, QPR and Brentford executive, Barnet stalwart, Doug Ellis lookalike — and the life and soul of every party. He died this month at the age of 85.
