Did you know the Taylors? She lived at No: 3 and her sister lived opposite where the alley used to cut thru' to Bryony Rd and the park. Which road were you in? Happy days

It looks like Quadrophenia, apparently there's a party down Kitchener Road! ;D I watched them filming a scene for Quadrophenia outside my future wives then home in Orchid Street which for those not too local is only across Wormholt Park from the ground [400m/440yds]. That aside those faces look awfully familiar. Was that the scene when you called the postman a C*nt for running over his scooter ?

That is certainly up there with Kes as one of the greatest British films of alltime IMO. Mr Bushman, I'm sure you already have it or have heard of it, but you would really enjoy the street photographs of Roger Mayne ( Southam Street ) one of the best pieces of Social History from the old school "QPR area" that you are ever likely to see. I went to his exhibition at the National Portrait Gallery 5 or 6 years ago Mr k. I really enjoy his work. Fantastic. Let me know if / when he has got any more exhibitions planned, I really enjoy his work as well.

It may well have been, it's when Phil Daniels pulls up on his scooter and somehow it gets dropped on its side and there are a few words exchanged??

We lived on Sundew Ave. The whole estate was blessed with many a cut thru. They came in very handy when you had to disappear a bit nifty.
